A must for the festive season is our tasty cold smoked salmon, which offers a delicate smokey flavour and lovely velvety texture. Our recipe is handed down over generations — which includes a mixture of oak and beech wood chips — and we are sure you will be delighted with the taste and rich natural colour. We always use premium mature fish for best flavour and select all our salmon from freedom farms in the west of Scotland.

Most of our fish comes vacuum packed in singles.
Actual weights will be as near as possible but may vary. No box will be delivered underweight. All fish is wild caught and landed at Peterhead except the salmon products, with are sourced from carefully selected freedom fish farms on the West Coast of Scotland.

Ordering deadline for pre-Christmas delivery — 10am Friday 18th December
Skipper’s Choice delivers seafood to most UK postal codes, however, we can only deliver to the following destinations on certain days of the week: Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, all Scottish Islands, and some Scottish highland postcodes. We will notify you of your delivery day if you live in these postcode areas. Your fish will then be chosen fresh for your delivery day ensuring a 24 hour delivery and maximum freshness.
To have your seafood delivered to a different address from your billing address, please provide an alternative UK postal delivery address when checking out – Skipper’s Choice will do the rest.
